Was taught a couple of chords by his mum at the age of fourteen and then annoyed most of his class mates singing Pearl Jam songs all the way through High School! Was a keen footballer till the age of 18 but then travelling beckoned!! Bought his first guitar whilst working around Australia and began writing songs! On returning to UK started working as a model in Manchester, Leeds and London where he later moved in search of music! Started working on material with several writers and friends for a year or so and began busking on London’s Underground. In May 2002 replied to an advert in a paper requesting a ‘front man for indie/rockband’ After playing a fine rendition of U2’s ‘One’, ’Circle High’ was formed. Likes Pearl Jam, U2, Coldplay, Radiohead and Tracy Chapman.
